Interview – Kaylie Salvatori

Kaylie Salvatori is an artist and a landscape architect and a key figure in one of the most powerful movements we’ve seen emerge out of this city in a long time, the practice of designing with Country. A Saltwater Budawang Yuin woman, Kaylie’s had TV projects, worked on Australia’s Venice pavilion and even designed a jersey for the Roosters this year. We covered so much ground, from grief, depression and a late ADHD diagnosis to the expectations loaded on Aboriginal people working outside community, civil rights and Aboriginality.
